About the Role

At Hasbro, we're seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes to ensure seamless delivery of our products to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute allocation plans to ensure efficient distribution of products to key accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Demand Planning, to understand brand trajectories and develop strategic plans.
  • Analyze and track product availability, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing process changes as needed.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into supply chain performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Work closely with the commercial teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including index match, pivot tables, and power pivots.
  • Experience with SAP and Power BI is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
