Compensation and Benefits
We are pleased to offer a competitive annual salary of $181,000, based on experience and open to discussion. Additionally, you will receive $30,000 in relocation assistance and $20,000 as a sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes 5 days of continuing education (CME) with 100% coverage, excellent benefits, and 3% annual contributions by the client.
Job Description
We seek an experienced Pediatric Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join our dental team in a rural location. This opportunity offers a unique blend of challenges and rewards, including:
- Pediatric dentistry with a focus on children's oral health
- A 4-day workweek for a better work-life balance
- The chance to build up your patient panel quickly
- Partnership track available for motivated individuals
- Staff: 3 Dental Hygienists and 3 Dental Assistants (EFDA)
- Comfortable providing care in a rural setting and treating kids
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Openness to DDS and DMD doctors with some pediatric training
- Experience or willingness to learn pediatric dentistry
- Ability to obtain a Maine Dental License
- Collegial and team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
