Join a dedicated team committed to supporting the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) missile initiative. The THAAD program, a cornerstone project for BAE Systems, has been operational for two decades and is set to continue in the manufacturing phase for at least another ten years. This program has proven its effectiveness in combat and plays a vital role in safeguarding the United States and its allies.
We are currently seeking a **2ND SHIFT** operator to assist with our meticulous clean operations. This position is essential for maintaining the workflow for downstream processes and ensuring timely delivery to our clients.
The position operates on the second shift **(4/10 schedule - 3pm-1am)** at our facility and offers flexible start times to accommodate the needs of the manufacturing team. If this aligns with your career aspirations, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
Essential Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
+ High School Diploma with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience or equivalent expertise.
+ Capability to handle large, intricate assemblies and demonstrate proficient manual dexterity using both hands.
+ Ability to comprehend and interpret operational instructions.
+ **2nd Shift: 3pm - 1am**.
+ Must currently hold a secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
+ A strong candidate will possess:
+ Proficiency in using computers.
+ Ability to read detailed work instructions from a computer interface.
Compensation Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $87,340.
Please note: This range is reflective of our market pay structures. Individual salaries are influenced by various factors including business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications such as skills, education, and experience.
