Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
  • Master's degree in nursing, healthcare, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years in healthcare, including 5 years in an acute care setting.
  • APP/NP Advanced Practice Registered Professional Nurse, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Physician's Assistant, or Clinical Nurse Specialist preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management ability with cross-functions teams, and success managing change.
  • Strong technical skills including computer proficiency, demonstrated ability to understand and apply mathematical, quantitative, and statistical concepts to make evidence-based decisions and drive change.
  • Able to interact professionally and effectively with a wide variety of people, including operations staff, providers, the general public, and departments in Grady.
  • Demonstrated judgment and ability to work effectively with a diverse population of staff, patients, and families.
  • Experience with process improvement initiatives in a clinical setting to improve and sustain patient satisfaction.
  • Working knowledge of and experience with continuous process improvement methodologies and tools such as PDSA/PDCA, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
