Job Summary:

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the McLane Company team as a Sanitation Team Member. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment in our Distribution Center and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the Office, Break Room, DC, and Transportation Building areas.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks, such as vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, and cleaning bathrooms and break rooms.
• Operate cleaning equipment, including riding mowers, electric floor cleaners, and vacuum cleaners.
• Maintain the Division Grounds, including mowing, picking up trash, and maintaining walkways.

Requirements:

• Previous sanitation or janitorial experience is required.
• Ability to use cleaning products, riding mower, electric floor cleaner, and vacuum cleaner.
• Ability to follow direction and work independently.
• Ability to be trained and certified on pallet jack within 30 days after hire.
• Ability to successfully pass a physical capabilities test, drug screen, and criminal background check.
