About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled LPN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient setting. As a Pediatric Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver comprehensive care to children and adolescents struggling with mental health issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans in collaboration with the treatment team.
  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living and medication management.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and document patient progress in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.

Requirements:

  • Licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Kentucky.
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
  • At least two years of experience working in psychiatric patient care, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques and understanding of mental illness.
