Personal Injury Litigation Attorney Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team at Rafaeli Law PLLC. As a fully virtual law firm, we offer the flexibility to work remotely and leverage technology to support our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful case outcomes in personal injury matters and experience in all phases of litigation, from initial client consultation to trial. They will be able to conduct comprehensive case investigations, draft legal documents, and negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel.

Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Meet with clients to discuss the details of their case, assess the viability of the case, and provide legal advice.
  • Case Investigation: Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, consult with experts, and research legal issues specific to the case.
  • Legal Research: Stay updated on relevant laws and precedents related to personal injury litigation and research legal issues specific to the case.
  • Drafting Legal Documents: Prepare and file legal documents, such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other parties to reach favorable settlements for clients.
  • Court Representation: Represent clients in court during hearings, motions, and trials.
  • Client Communication: Keep clients informed about the progress of their cases and provide legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the state bar in good standing.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on personal injury litigation.
  • Proven track record of successful case outcomes in personal injury matters.
