We are seeking a highly skilled Personal Injury Attorney to join our team of top-rated attorneys. As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, attending court, negotiating settlements, overseeing trial preparation, conducting trials, and attending mediations and arbitrations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of Personal Injury cases, including representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and overseeing trial preparation.
  • Conduct depositions, respond to discovery demands, and draft motions to support clients' claims.
  • Conduct discovery, gather evidence, and initiate and support legal actions on behalf of clients.
  • Evaluate findings, develop strategies and arguments in preparation for the presentation of cases, and update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.

Main Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' plaintiff personal injury trial experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • Experience on the Plaintiff's side with Personal Injury, with a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in the office, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results.

Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, ranging from $110,000 to $130,000, with opportunities for bonuses based on case settlements. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
