Job Title: RN Telemetry

Job Summary:

Amergis is seeking a skilled RN Telemetry to join our team. As a RN Telemetry, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to telemetry patients. You will work closely with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Monitor patient vital signs and EKG output
  • Administer medications and perform various diagnostic tests
  • Document patient progress and update medical records
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse license for the state in which the nurse practices
  • One year experience in Telemetry Preferred
  • Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
  • Participation and completion of Amergis' Competency program when applicable
