Job Description

As a Collections Specialist at Dexian - DISYS, you will be responsible for executing timely and adequate collection and/or recovery activities to minimize risk costs and optimize returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and investigate payment arrears in the portfolio and code debtor appropriately to determine the next collection process steps.
  • Communicate with debtors via telephone and in writing to resolve payment issues.
  • Manage debtors and arrears process to ensure timely collection and resolution.
  • Review and process quality adjustment requests, complete documentation packages, and apply company underwriting guidelines to approve or reject requests.
  • Continuously work to collect payments and/or terminate accounts in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate debtor and arrears history to ensure a complete file for decision-making during collection and recovery.
