- Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect and prevent any potential security threats.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients, employees, and visitors.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, and security breaches.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Security guard license from the state.
- Effective written, customer service, and oral communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative technology.
- Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standards.
The Unarmed Security Guard will work in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and may be required to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate must be able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
