Veterans Affairs Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at the Department of Veterans Affairs. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our nation's veterans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead patient-centered medical homes to provide longitudinal and preventative care to a panel of veterans.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, social workers, and mental health providers, to provide comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement care plans that address the unique needs of our veteran patients.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine or equivalent degree in allopathic or osteopathic medicine.
- Current, full, and unrestricted license from any state or US territory.
- Completion of residency in an accredited core specialty.
- Board certification in a primary care specialty.
- Preferred minimum of 5 years of practice experience.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $250,000-$270,000 + up to $15,000 annual performance-based award.
- Paid time off: 50-55 days per year.
