Early Intervention Physical Therapist

We provide comprehensive services to families with children birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or at risk for developmental delays. Our primary focus is to empower families with the knowledge, skills, and support needed to help their children learn and grow.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized plans to support children's development and family engagement.
- Collaborate with a trans-disciplinary team to provide screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, center visits, and home visits.
- Provide home-based services to families across the catchment area, promoting continuity of care and family-centered support.
- Coordinate with community providers to ensure seamless service delivery, including child care providers, medical providers, social service agencies, and specialty providers serving children with autism or hearing/vision loss.
- Provide service coordination to assigned caseload, including coordinating the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health.
- Two (2) years of pediatric experience preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365, including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Ability to use computer-based technology, including a computer/laptop and cell phone.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
- Bilingual/Bicultural candidates encouraged to apply.
