Key Responsibilities
As an Inpatient Rehabilitation RN, your duties will encompass:
• Assessing assigned patients and developing, implementing, and documenting nursing care plans.
• Assisting physicians during examinations and medical procedures.
• Conducting various patient tests and administering medications within the registered nurse's scope of practice.
• Fostering patient independence by setting care goals and educating patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
• An associate's degree in nursing
• Current certification as a registered nurse
• Familiarity with standard nursing concepts, practices, and procedures
