Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Focus on product enhancement to align with organizational goals.
  • Utilize a systematic and data-oriented methodology for technical evaluations.
  • Contribute to productivity objectives through the Value Creation Process.
  • Drive financial efficiency in material usage to ensure compliance with productivity standards.
  • Innovate repair solutions to restore aftermarket components and mitigate shortages.
  • Collaborate as a team member in Continuous Improvement initiatives, Six Sigma, and the *** Operating System (HOS).
  • Establish a technical liaison between customer support representatives and clients.
  • Work alongside customers to identify and implement strategies that foster future growth opportunities.
