**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Resident Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring the smooth operation of our building, and providing a warm and welcoming experience for our residents.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards

• Process resident requests, resolve concerns, and prevent unauthorized access to the building

• Manage key issuance, monitor cameras, and ensure all visitors are properly registered

• Administer packages, distribute mail, and provide concierge services to residents

• Assist with move-in and move-out procedures, and assemble collateral packages for prospective residents

• Write work orders, follow up on resident service requests, and conduct courtesy calls to residents

• Stay aware of company goals for resident satisfaction and retention, and contribute to achieving these objectives

**Requirements**

• Exceptional customer service and follow-through skills

• Organization and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Outgoing personality, with ability to work with limited supervision and interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with ability to communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management

• Basic computer experience with Microsoft Office products and internet navigation

• College education preferred
