Position Overview:

We are in search of a skilled Electrical Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical troubleshooting, service, and repair. Key Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Service Technician, your primary duties will include:

1. Performing regular inspections of electrical systems and components to identify hazards and necessary repairs.
2. Installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical wiring and fixtures.
3. Ensuring compliance with safety and electrical codes.
4. Conducting preventative maintenance and repairs on electrical systems.
5. Troubleshooting electrical issues using appropriate testing equipment.
6. Mentoring junior electricians.
7. Collaborating with project managers on electrical installations for new constructions or renovations.
8. Responding to emergency calls for repairs.
9. Maintaining records of work performed and materials used.

Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Electrical Service Technician.
2. Proven expertise in electrical troubleshooting and repair.
3. Comprehensive knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
4. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
6. Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.
7. Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment.
8. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components.
9. A valid electrician's license.
10. A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in electrical engineering is a plus.
