As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with K-12 students, conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized therapy plans to address their unique speech and language needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct in-depth evaluations using standardized tests and clinical observations to identify students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement creative, individualized therapy plans targeting articulation, fluency, social communication, and more.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Track and adjust therapy plans based on student progress, ensuring each individual reaches their communication goals.
- Eligible for or holding a Maryland SLP license.
- ASHA certification preferred (but not required).
- Experience in school-based settings is a plus, but a passion for student success is essential.
- Guaranteed hours covering direct therapy and essential indirect work.
