Role Summary

We are in search of a driven and innovative individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Process Specialist. This role is essential in managing projects and implementing process enhancements that contribute positively to our operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and prioritize process improvement opportunities through a thorough risk/reward analysis, promoting Lean methodologies.
  • Provide hands-on support on the production floor, addressing manufacturing challenges and conducting root cause analyses to implement corrective measures.
  • Improve process yield, efficiency, and capacity in alignment with our strategic objectives.

  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills are essential.
