Key Responsibilities- Assess and Plan Care: Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Document Patient Information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes.
- Education and Licensure: Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Certifications and Experience: CPR Certification is required, and one to three years of experience working as a RN in a related setting is preferred.
