Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Sports Planning Revenue Manager to join our team at NBCUniversal. As a key member of our Planning & Inventory group, you will be responsible for supporting all planning and inventory elements, including stewardship and deal approval.

About the Role

The successful candidate will become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on linear pricing aspects of planning, with a focus on internal systems. Key responsibilities will include managing a group of Sports Planners' day-to-day functions, ensuring all Sales deadlines are met, and policies and procedures adhered to.

  • Contribute to the training and development of Planners and Planning Analysts
  • Support Planning Management with various ad-hoc projects, including working with Sales /Planning /Research/Marketing/Finance Leads
  • Provide systems support across linear platforms, such as creating and updating selling names, adjusting scoping, working on MSAs and Kantar Media updates
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need 2+ years of related experience in media sales planning or buying, strong media math skills, and understanding of audience age/gender/targeted metrics. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, OnAir, Op1, and UWS is also required.
