Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant District Manager to join our team at Hardees - Belpre, OH. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of restaurant managers to achieve exceptional results in sales, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and improve restaurant performance to meet our high standards.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular restaurant visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with district managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Analyze business performance and implement corrective actions to address deviations from financial expectations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with company food safety and sanitation requirements.
  • Oversee new restaurant openings and remodels to ensure timely and successful execution.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of previous restaurant experience, with 3-5 years in management positions.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business performance and implement corrective actions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
