Ampler Burgers Shift Supervisor Job Description

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at Ampler Burgers. As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Management Team in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and controlling costs.
  • Provide direction and guidance to Team Members to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food production.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic to motivate Team Members to achieve their best.
  • Delegate tasks effectively to ensure that all restaurant operations are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, labor costs, and other key performance indicators.
  • Address customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Management Team to develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management Team.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.

Working Conditions:

The physical demands of this role include frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. The employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
