The ideal candidate will have a strong background in York chiller parts and a proven track record of providing technical assistance to coworkers, customers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to sales team, customers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Parts Leadership and peers to share best practices and drive effective leadership, customer support, and financial outcomes
  • Develop and grow relationships with customers and manufacturers
  • Investigate concerns, implement corrective action, and communicate with customers and coworkers as necessary to maximize customer satisfaction
  • Provide applied parts pricing and estimates using system databases
  • Document procedures for parts identification
  • Create instructional materials for parts ID training
  • Conduct training classes for coworkers
  • Participate in sales calls at customer locations
  • Proactively drive business through outbound phone calls and email

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of York chiller parts or parts sales experience
  • Training design experience and facilitation skills
  • Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate applied equipment inventory and pricing protocols
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
