Quality Assurance Specialist

Mastronardi Produce Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor and Verify Critical Control Points (CCPs): Ensure that all CCPs meet requirements and that any corrective actions are properly performed and recorded.
- Conduct and Support Internal Audits: Assist in conducting internal audits and ensure that good manufacturing practices (GMPs) are being followed.
- Verify and Monitor Product Labeling: Ensure that product labeling and changeovers are accurate and meet regulatory requirements.
- Acquire and Label Samples: Acquire samples in accordance with aseptic technique and methodologies, and correctly label and collect routine pre-harvest and post-harvest product samples as scheduled.
- Perform Sampling and Data Entry: Perform sampling of the production environment using aseptic technique, enter sample orders into the laboratory portal per written procedures, and perform data entry of results from validation studies or other special projects.
- Monitor Inventory and Provide Training: Monitor inventory of PPE and other food safety and quality supplies, and provide training when required.
- Perform Other Quality-Related Tasks: Perform any other quality-related tasks or special projects as assigned.
