As a Device Integration engineer for CMOS Process Integration in the Advanced Memory Integration team at Micron, you will work within a team of world-class engineers and oversee developing the next generation CMOS devices employed in the most groundbreaking Memory and Computer products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of state-of-the-art CMOS devices providing solutions that are compatible with the memory architecture.
  • Identify device improvement directions and implement them in the advanced memory products.
  • Contribute to the fundamental understanding of CMOS technology and its impact on overall product figures of merit.
  • Collaborate with Design, TCAD, and modeling groups.
  • Collaborate with product, probe, reliability, process, characterization, layout, and other teams.

Requirements:

Master's in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 5+ years of Semiconductor experience. Semiconductor industry experience is preferred but not required. A strong understanding of semiconductor devices, processes, and characterization techniques is required. A deep understanding and experience with high-performance logic technologies (14nm and beyond) is preferred. Hands-on experience with data analysis, device characterization, and process integration are essential. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal). Proven reporting skills are required.
