Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, identifying and responding to changes in a timely manner
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current Texas Registered Nurse License or New Mexico Registered Nurse License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- One year of experience in an acute care setting
