Key Responsibilities
  • Product Inspection and Packaging: Inspect all products according to company procedures within expected timelines, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality.
  • Sample Retention and Quality Assurance: Pull and retain samples for further quality assurance testing, ensuring that our products meet regulatory requirements.
  • Documentation and Communication: Complete accurate and legible paperwork on time, and communicate product nonconformities to the production team.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to all food safety standards and practices, including product, facility, and personal requirements, as set by Wiman Corporation.
  • Production Scheduling and Logistics: Follow production schedules at all times according to company procedures within expected timelines, ensuring that products are packaged and shipped on time.
  • Housekeeping and Safety: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, keeping scrap and trash off the floor and in proper containers at all times.
Requirements
  • Manufacturing Experience: Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with the production team.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Familiarity with basic computer functions, including keyboard and mouse operation.
