At BMW of the Main Line, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our New and Pre-Owned Vehicle Departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Coach and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Manage showroom activities, including sales floor operations, customer interactions, and sales process optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close deals.
- Hire, train, and motivate sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, provide feedback, and coach team members on best practices.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance sales results.
- Develop and implement effective advertising campaigns and promotions to drive sales growth.
- Ensure seamless customer experiences through proper follow-up, delivery procedures, and introduction to the service department.
- Forecast sales goals, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
- Minimum 2 years of auto sales and sales management experience.
- Strong closing skills, ethics, and values.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills.
- Ability to pass background and drug screens, and have a valid driver's license.
