Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of all phases of construction projects from initial planning through to execution.
  • Distribute resources effectively for designated projects.
  • Assist in overseeing onsite staff and subcontractors.
  • Collaborate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and local officials.
  • Update and maintain the project timeline.
  • Ensure the job site is maintained in a clean and safe manner.
  • Uphold high standards of craftsmanship that align with original designs and specifications.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, including the willingness to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
  • This position is currently focused on local projects within the middle Tennessee area.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial construction, including ground-up and interior renovation projects.
  • Effective communication skills are essential.
  • A readiness to undergo training and mentorship.
  • Exhibit strong leadership capabilities.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on meeting deadlines.
