Training Process Technician for Coating Technology (m/f/d)

You bring color to our products, production is in your hands

As a process technician for coating technology, you will apply colors, paints, and other coating materials to plastic surfaces of various vehicle parts. You will learn to operate and set up our fully automated painting systems and become an expert in the perfect refinement of plastic parts.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of work processes including pre-treatment of workpieces
  • Painting of plastic parts, both manually and fully automated
  • Checking and controlling painted surfaces for defects
  • Operation and monitoring of modern painting systems and spray robots
  • Learning programming languages for painting systems

You Bring:

  • Qualified secondary school leaving certificate or high school diploma
  • Technical interest and manual dexterity as well as enjoyment of painting
  • Good grades in natural science subjects such as math and physics
  • Good color and visual perception
  • Independence, teamwork, openness, and responsibility

What You Should Know:

  • Training duration: 3 years
