  • Utilizar análisis, investigación de mercado e inteligencia competitiva para ofrecer recomendaciones prácticas al equipo directivo.
  • Dirigir la capacitación y desarrollo de la fuerza de ventas en los Estados Unidos.
  • Desarrollar pronósticos de ventas comerciales a corto y largo plazo.
  • Realizar análisis de mezcla de marketing para asegurar el retorno de inversión de los planes tácticos.
  • Desarrollar estrategias para la función de operaciones comerciales alineadas con la estrategia comercial general.
  • Supervisar la efectividad del equipo de ventas y las operaciones de habilitación, incluyendo planificación de territorios y seguimiento del rendimiento de ventas.
  • Dirigir el desarrollo y entrega de herramientas de compromiso con el cliente y habilitación de ventas.
  • Apoyar el diseño y mantenimiento de soluciones tecnológicas de ventas y gestión de datos maestros.
  • Dirigir todas las actividades de servicio al cliente.
  • Mejorar la agencia de publicidad interna para ofrecer contenido de alta calidad, acelerando la ejecución y aumentando la eficiencia.

Calificaciones:

Se requiere título universitario; preferiblemente en Marketing, Finanzas o Análisis de Datos; se prefiere MBA o título avanzado.

Se requieren al menos 15 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica/biofarmacéutica, incluyendo experiencia significativa en múltiples áreas dentro de la función de operaciones comerciales.

Se valorará un historial comprobado en la gestión de operaciones complejas y en la promoción de la excelencia operativa.

Se requiere un sólido conocimiento financiero y experiencia en la gestión de presupuestos y rendimiento financiero.

Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación e interpersonales son esenciales.

Capacidad para desarrollar e implementar planes estratégicos y gestionar el cambio organizacional.

Se valorará la experiencia en metodologías de mejora de procesos (por ejemplo, Lean, Six Sigma).

Experiencia en la colaboración con unidades de negocio y en la entrega de resultados que apoyen las necesidades comerciales; la experiencia en integración es un plus.

Experiencia en el desarrollo de información valiosa sobre los clientes y en asegurar que se materialice en todos los esfuerzos de marketing, desde el desarrollo de estrategias hasta la implementación.

Experiencia en la gestión de agencias externas y en el trabajo colaborativo con equipos de revisión médica/legal/regulatoria.
