Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Technician to join our team at Continental Manufacturing. This role involves maintaining accurate records of testing, compounding, and filling operations, organizing samples, and ensuring products meet stringent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain records of testing, compounding, and filling operations.
  • File documentation and manage product samples.
  • Calibrate and maintain lab equipment.
  • Prepare and ship samples to external labs.
  • Assist with lab batch samples and quality investigations.
  • Inspect and release bulk products for filling.
  • Conduct ongoing inspections of filling operations.
  • Report non-conforming materials immediately.
  • Keep the lab clean and organized, and manage supplies.
  • Prepare Certificates of Analysis for finished products.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in a science-related field or equivalent. Bachelor's in Chemistry or Biology preferred.
  • 1+ years of lab experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with GMP, EPA, FDA and ISO standards is a plus.
  • Quality control experience in a liquids/chemical manufacturing setting is preferred.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to chemicals.
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Some flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
