Reliable Maintenance Specialist

Job Overview

Maintain equipment efficiency through a comprehensive maintenance program, ensuring production goals are met. Collaborate with the premix plant team to optimize production workflows. Develop and execute a well-planned maintenance schedule to minimize downtime due to equipment failures. Coordinate the delivery of raw materials to ensure continuous production. Ensure compliance with SHE / Quality, cGMPs, ISO, work processes, and other regulatory standards.

Requirements

A High School education or equivalent, with five years of experience and a skilled degree preferred. Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, operational, and welding knowledge. Experience with preventative maintenance software for logging, tracking, and tracing tickets. Knowledge of OSHA, SHE & Quality & Security standards. Willingness to work overtime as needed to maintain production efficiency.
