Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Brask, Inc. - IEE. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and that our manufacturing processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality control specialists to ensure that all products meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including procedures, policies, and reports.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure that quality standards are met.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Highly skilled with various office equipment, computers, and various programs, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Demonstrated experience writing reports, procedures, and SOPs in a quality control setting.
  • NDE certification in PT, MT, VT, and UT highly preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Proven ability to problem solve and troubleshoot technical and operational issues.
  • Experience managing a team of 3 or more direct reports highly preferred.
  • Experience managing a shop environment with tools and machines preferred.
