  • Perform duties with diligence and a proactive approach, anticipating and resolving issues.
  • Establish and maintain a current calendar of events and deadline reminder system for lawyers, scheduling meetings and client appointments.
  • Act as a liaison between assigned lawyers, clients, internal departments, and external affiliates, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Enter timesheets into our time management system for group attorneys.
Required Qualifications:
  • Superb organizational skills and ability to multi-task, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and complete projects efficiently.
  • Top-notch computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.
