Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the overall management and administration of the community in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Oversee all fiscal, physical, and operational aspects of the organization, ensuring financial sustainability and growth.

- Guarantee the highest standards of customer service across all operational areas.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or Hospitality Management is preferred; a Master's degree is a plus.
- An active Assisted Living Administrator license or Nursing Home Administrator license is mandatory.
