Licensed Vocational Nurse

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including palliative care, IV therapy, diabetes care, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
* Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
* Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
* Graduated from an accredited school of professional nursing
* Current Oregon RN/LVN License
* Current BLS Certificate
Work Environment:
* Work in a variety of settings, including patients' homes
* May interact with upset staff and/or public and private representatives
* May be exposed to hazardous substances
Physical Demands:
* Able to lift 50 pounds
* Sufficient clarity of speech and hearing to communicate effectively
* Sufficient vision to review materials
* Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment
