**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Revenue Cycle Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting physicians' notes, posting charges, assisting with patient collections, and processing incoming mail. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with experience in medical billing and coding to grow their career in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Interpret physicians' notes to determine procedure and diagnosis codes
* Post all charges for services provided in a timely fashion
* Assist Billing Manager with patient collections
* Process incoming mail for the practice
* Assist front desk staff as needed

**Requirements:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1+ year of experience in medical billing and coding
* Knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and insurance claims processing
* Proficient in EMR/EHR and Microsoft Office
