HR IT Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Architect to join our HR Technology team at Aditi Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our HR systems, including Workday and Kronos.

• Administer, enhance, and support all HR Technology Integrations
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge of HR systems and technologies
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
• Develop, test, support, and deploy integrations specific to Workday Financials
• Analyze Workday release updates and understand impacts on existing integrations
• Ensure data integrity, including data quality and data extracts
• Work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing demands or needs of the business

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or business administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field
• More than 3 years of experience working with HR Technologies, preferably Workday and Kronos/UKG
• Certification in Workday Core Integrations and Integration Studio, Workday HCM, and Advanced Integration
• Ability to work unsupervised, with strategic and creative thinking to analyze issues and create solutions
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies is preferred
