We are seeking a highly skilled IT Solutions Architect to join our HR Technology team at Aditi Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our HR systems, including Workday and Kronos.
Key Responsibilities- Administer, enhance, and support all HR Technology Integrations
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge of HR systems and technologies
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions
- Develop, test, support, and deploy integrations specific to Workday Financials
- Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes
- Ensure data integrity, including data quality and data extracts
- Provide technical support for technical issues related to integrations
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or business administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field
- More than 3 years of experience working with HR Technologies, preferably Workday and Kronos/UKG
- Certification in Workday Core Integrations and Integration Studio, Workday HCM, and Advanced Integration
- Ability to work unsupervised, with strategic and creative thinking to analyze issues and create solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies is preferred

Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentThe employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment. Requires daily interaction with Team members on meeting calls or in person, sitting or standing in cubical and meeting rooms, and looking at computer screens.
