Pharmacist - Medication Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacist to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of medications dispensed to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify medication quality assurance for all packet and bulk dispenses.
- Collaborate with other staff pharmacists to ensure all produced packet and bulk sets undergo a thorough quality assurance check prior to shift end.
- Complete ancillary housekeeping pharmacy tasks, including checking returns, inputting medication rejects, overseeing medication substitutions, and canister approval.
- Answer clinical questions and provide clinical guidance.
- Investigate errors and facilitate proper resolution and reporting.
- Collate and deliver pertinent pharmacy information to the distribution team.
- Ensure compliance with all company procedures, Federal/State laws, rules, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science or PharmD degree.
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in the state in which you are employed, and others upon request.
- Knowledge of pharmacy laws, federal, and state regulations concerning patient care.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exemplary interpersonal communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions.
