Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of leasing agents and maintenance professionals to provide exceptional resident experiences.

  • Process community invoices, staff payroll, and maintain adequate supplies.
  • Complete reports required by government agencies, administrators, or the Company in a timely manner.

About You:

  • You have a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of experience in residential property management, with HUD/Section 8 experience a plus.
  • You possess strong computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams, and experience with Yardi or a similar platform is a plus.
  • You are highly analytical with strong financial acumen and a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • You are a strong communicator and deadline-driven with a valid driver's license.
