Cardiac Care Specialist

Trinity Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our cardiac service line team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our cardiac surgery and cardiovascular/stroke stepdown units.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to meet individual needs.
- Utilize clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills to coordinate and implement care plans.
- Monitor quality metrics and ensure accurate documentation in patient records.
- Ensure quality care is rendered to all patients in accordance with regulatory agencies, national standards, and nursing standards.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current licensure in the State of New York.
- Baccalaureate Degree in the Science of Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited school of nursing preferred.
- Specialty credentialing and educational degree according to clinical nursing practice specialty area preferred.
- Maintains all licensures and certifications according to NYS regulations and specialty area requirements.
