The Dining Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing food service operations to ensure resident satisfaction, quality care, and adherence to regulations while enhancing service programs and processes. Join us in delivering outstanding dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

As the Dining Services Supervisor, your duties will include:

Nutrition, Health & Wellness

  • Addressing resident preferences and dietary requirements
  • Engaging in meal planning and resident satisfaction initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards
  • Collaborating with residents for tailored services

Regulatory & Safety

  • Upholding confidentiality and safety protocols
  • Ensuring adherence to regulations and infection control measures
  • Supervising meal service to meet dining standards

Teamwork & Communication

  • Mentoring and training staff in food and nutrition services
  • Collaborating on menu development
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders

Supervisory

  • Leading resident dining services
  • Managing scheduling, performance, and training of dining service personnel
  • Supporting community objectives related to food services

Additional responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Previous experience in long-term care is preferred.

Customer service training is beneficial.

Language Skills:

Ability to read, interpret, and present information effectively.
