Job Title: Cloud Service Engineer

About the Role:

NOVA is seeking a skilled Cloud Service Engineer to provide leadership and management to advance infrastructure, capabilities, and technologies for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing large teams, customer engagement, problem-solving skills, DevSecOps, cloud providers, and technologies, delivering solutions to meet organizational goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure ServiceNow modules for various clients, including ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and Software Asset Management. Develop solutions to meet client requirements using OOB ServiceNow solutions and determine when a custom approach is necessary. Provide training and education to clients on the ServiceNow platform, including developing training work sessions to prepare clients for the transition to using ServiceNow. Perform day-to-day maintenance and administration of ServiceNow applications, including managing application permissions, troubleshooting application issues, creating and modifying groups, adjusting forms and tables, using Flow Designer to develop workflows, and managing upgrades in a SaaS environment.

Qualifications:

Experience with ITSM and ITOM modules. Knowledge of Flow Designer and ability to create custom actions. Familiarity with ServiceNow business rules and events. Ability to manage the Service Catalog and modify the Service Portal. Knowledge of the approval process in ITSM. Experience with the Catalog Builder and Studio. Understanding of the "dot walk" term in ServiceNow. Ability to create a custom table in ServiceNow and apply ACL. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within teams. Active Secret Clearance. Certified System Administrator (CSA) is preferable and Certified Application Developer (CAD) is optional.
