Welcome to Skyworks Solutions, a leading innovator in high-performance analog semiconductors. We are currently seeking an experienced analog/mixed-signal design engineer to develop complex mixed-signal ICs for Timing and Infrastructure applications.

This role requires a strong background in analog mixed-signal design, including experience with innovative product and IP definition and design. The ideal candidate will participate in product roadmaps, definition, technology selection, design, and verification. Responsibilities will also include defining and implementing the overall system architecture, designing transistor-level analog circuit blocks, simulating sub-system performance, creating and using behavioral models of blocks and the entire IC, doing and/or supervising physical layout, verifying circuit and chip-level operation and performance, and assisting with tape-out related activities.

We offer a competitive base pay range of $76,100 - $138,900 per year, depending on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location. Employees are eligible to participate in an incentive plan, and certain roles are also eligible for additional awards, including recognition and stock.

The successful candidate will have a master's degree or equivalent training in a technology-related field and at least 8 years of experience developing mixed-signal ICs. They will possess advanced knowledge of CMOS fabrication processes, MOS transistors and analog/digital circuit design, complex AD/DC analysis, signal analysis, and parasitic analysis. Additional skills, such as working knowledge of device physics, digital design and design flows, system knowledge, scripting language, laboratory measurement skills, and MS Office documentation tools, are highly desirable.
