Job Summary

The Nurse Extern CVPC PRN role at Mission Hospital offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and patient-centered environment. As a Nurse Extern, you will work under the supervision of a registered nurse to deliver high-quality care to patients, assisting with daily living activities and delegated tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist nursing staff with patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care
  • Support patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Participate in maintaining a clean and safe patient care environment
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Current listing with Nurse Aide Registry as a Nurse Aide I
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Enrolled in an accredited school of nursing, with a strong academic record
