About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Ardán, Inc., A Community of Companies. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering IT-related projects that align with our company goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives, including IT delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize their impact on project delivery.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are aligned with company expectations.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure that the project plan remains accurate and up-to-date.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customer needs are met and that they are satisfied with the project deliverables.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management with IT services project management methodology.
  • Certifications: Project Management Certification (PMP, CSM, Six Sigma) is required.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, facilitation skills, influencing skills, and ability to work effectively with associates at all levels of the organization.
