As a HSE Specialist at Primoris Services Corporation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate safety activities and support the implementation and maintenance of the HSE Management System.
  • Assist in investigations and analyze incident reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Have authority to correct hazards and stop work when job activities present unsafe or hazardous conditions.
  • Assist with supervisory safety inspections, governmental safety standards, and codes.
  • Perform daily project site inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of industry-relevant HSE experience, with a strong understanding of Federal, State, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated problem-solving ability and excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coach front-line operations personnel.
  • Experience supporting multiple projects concurrently and proficiency with MS Excel, Word, and Windows Operating Systems.
